If one of our products is not working for you, please contact us with your questions and concerns. If you decide that you would like a return, please contact us; we will make every effort to make the process as simple as possible.
Which items can be returned?
Our full collection is returnable, except for orders placed during gifting promotions where free products have been received. Please understand that these orders are not eligible for return or credit.
Items must have been purchased directly from bebiene.com within the last 30 days.

What items are non-refundable?
Any orders placed during gifting promotions where free product was received. These orders are not eligible for return or credit.
Products purchased through a retail partner or anywhere other than bebiene.com cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited through us. Please contact the merchant with whom you placed the order.
Need to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet?
If your package hasn't yet left our facility, and you need to cancel, please contact us right away. We cannot modify or cancel orders that have already been sent out.
